Who We Are

Prestige Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving the Tucson area.

We are building the company around four core values:

Pay and Quarterly Bonuses

This is a W-2 employee position starting at $19.50 per hour.

Team members are also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on four areas:

• Consistently demonstrating our core values
• Completing cleaning assignments within the allotted time
• Helping earn positive customer reviews
• Maintaining dependable attendance without unexcused absences

The goal is straightforward: dependable employees who produce strong work, take care of customers, and support the team should earn more.

Training, required meetings, and travel between customer jobs during the workday are paid.

What You Will Be Doing

• Cleaning residential homes throughout the Tucson area
• Following room-by-room cleaning systems and checklists
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
• Working efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Checking your own work before considering a room complete
• Protecting customers’ homes, belongings, and surfaces
• Communicating honestly when something goes wrong
• Helping teammates finish jobs safely and on schedule
• Accepting coaching and applying what you learn
• Occasionally assisting with interviewing, training, or checking another team member’s work as you gain experience

Cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach someone how to clean professionally.

We cannot teach someone to care, show up, tell the truth, or help the team.

Physical Requirements

This is active, physical work. You must be able to:

• Stand and move for several hours
• Bend, reach, kneel, and climb stairs
• Carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Work at a productive pace throughout the shift
• Safely perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Schedule

This is an intentionally part-time position.

Team members should expect approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on the cleaning schedule. This role is not intended to exceed 20 hours per week. Most cleaning appointments take place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with occasional weekend work for Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers.

Applicants should have enough daytime availability to accommodate residential cleaning appointments. Exact schedules may vary based on customer bookings.
