Position Overview
We are seeking honest, dependable, and hard-working Route Drivers/CSR's to handle customer pickup and delivery routes and in-store customer service tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value customer relationships, and operate with impeccable integrity.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive a company vehicle along established routes
- Pick up and deliver dry cleaning and laundry to customers on time
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Accurately handle garments, invoices, and payments when applicable
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
- Represent the company with honesty, professionalism, and respect
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent integrity and trustworthiness (this is a must)
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry garments and bags as needed
- Prior delivery or route experience is a plus
