Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver advanced financial and statistical analysis used to guide organizational decision-making. This role requires the ability to work with large datasets, assess performance, and develop insights that support operational and financial improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in Data Analysis
• 1 years of experience with Meditech CA – Cost Accounting
• 1 years of experience in any of the following:
• NextGen Inpatient Financials
• Sunrise Patient Financials Analytics
• Clinical Quality
• 1 years of experience in any of the following software tools:
• Excel
• MS Access
• 1 years of experience in any of the following analytics platforms:
• Tableau
• QlikView
• Power BI
• 1 years of experience in any database systems:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• SQL
• PostgreSQL
• 5 years of experience in any of the following:
• Healthcare Finance
• Healthcare Financial Analysis
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support using varied financial and clinical data sources
• Interpret and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and develop proposals
• Recommend cost control and cost management solutions
• Prepare strategic and operational analyses to support system performance
• Verify accuracy of reporting datasets and maintain data integrity
• Assist with system implementations and upgrades
• Work effectively and independently with large volumes of data
