Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts
- Develop targeted sales strategies for assigned territories and accounts
- Prospect, network, and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, present tailored solutions, and secure service agreements
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and relevant regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at various organizational levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery
- Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings and industry events
- Maintain accurate sales activity records using company systems and tools
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within fire protection, life safety, security, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop accounts, and close sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical approach to identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward team sales objectives
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
