- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Kentucky (KY)
As a Locum Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Occupational Health:
- Assess work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Perform examinations and management of work-related health issues.
- Conduct general physicals and administer medication/injections.
- Perform laboratory collections and diagnostic testing such as:
- Audiograms
- Pulmonary function tests
- Respirator-fit tests
- Drug and alcohol screens
- Breath alcohol tests
- Treat common illnesses such as:
- Upper respiratory infections
- Headaches
- Sore throats
- Sprains, strains, and lacerations
- Gastrointestinal complaints
- Rashes
- Urinary tract infections
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
