OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to assist new professional tax preparer customers during their onboarding and software setup process. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, positive experience during the initial post-purchase period and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and customer service expertise.This is a 3–4 month contract opportunity with the option to start on December 1st or December 8th.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Software Onboarding Customer SupportGuide customers through initial software setup and installation.Assist with account creation and uploading EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) documentation.Support data migration from previous tax software providers.Provide an excellent onboarding experience to promote long-term customer satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during early adoption.Communicate via phone, email, and web-based tools to share instructions, resources, and documentation.Internal Onboarding Administrative SupportCoordinate pre-employment paperwork and assist new hires with benefits enrollment.Schedule and manage training sessions for incoming employees.Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.Help maintain a smooth and welcoming onboarding environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, onboarding support, software assistance, or administrative coordination.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage onboarding processes efficiently.&
