Overview
- Handle bankruptcy and restructuring matters for clients in various industries.
- Provide legal counsel on a range of bankruptcy-related issues, including Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and adversary proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues.
- Prepare legal documents, motions, pleadings, and related filings.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
- Admission to the Bar in at least one of the following states: Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Texas, or Florida.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Litigation experience is a plus.
