The following is a snapshot of the Coordinator position:
- The compliance coordinator identifies functions and business practices requiring compliance activities and assists administration accordingly.
- Coordinator designs, develops, implements, and evaluates the compliance program and monitors its implementation.
- Coordinator revises the compliance program in response to the changing needs of the organization, laws, and governmental policies.
- Coordinator plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the network's compliance plan and the related activities to ensure they promote an institutional culture favorable to compliance.
- Coordinator will collaborate with support departments to ensure compliance throughout.
- Coordinator must have basic knowledge regarding federal, state, and industry standards pertaining to Educational Facilities.
- Coordinator will adhere to along with assist with developing strict internal procedures/policies pertaining to the on-boarding and oversight of current students, instructors, and staff.
- Coordinator must be self-driven, have exceptional communication skills, excellent customer care skills, and able to multi-task.
- Coordinator must be eager to grow within the corporation and willingly participate in ongoing trainings.
- Additional support tasks will be assigned as need persists and employment role advances
