Maintenance Director
Responsibilities include:
§ Direct or perform grounds and building maintenance, including preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, temperature control, lighting, custodial activities, equipment maintenance and repairs, carpentry and painting as capable of doing.
§ Maintain good communication with the administrator and other department managers/employees.
§ Responsible for the safety of the residents under your supervision.
