We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, and vendor coordination.
This is a fully in-office role in Canton, MA—we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative, hands-on team.
Schedule & Work Environment
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
In-office role only (no remote work)

Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $75,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Property Operations
- Oversee rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
- Monitor property performance and address operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Tenant Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants
- Handle concerns, disputes, and requests professionally
- Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate and dispatch maintenance requests
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Track and follow up on open work orders
Leasing & Occupancy
- Advertise vacancies and manage listings
- Screen tenants and coordinate lease signings
- Work with brokers when needed
Evictions & Compliance
- Handle early-stage eviction processes (notices, coordination, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations
- Transition cases to legal counsel when required
Vendor & Cost Management
- Source and manage vendors
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Zoning & Development Support
- Communicate with municipalities regarding zoning and permits
- Assist with property research and development support
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3 years of property management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tenant relations and rent collection
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Preferred:
- Experience with evictions and legal coordination
- Familiarity with zoning, permitting, or development
- Bi- Lingual (Spanish)
- Familiar with Buildium - Property Managing Software
