Our law firm is looking for a detail-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to execute day-to-day digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our online visibility and generate qualified case leads. This role is hands-on and focuses on optimizing our website, running digital campaigns, and ensuring our content reaches the right audience. The ideal candidate has experience in SEO and digital marketing within a competitive industry such as legal, medical, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Execution

  • Perform keyword research with a focus on local search and legal-specific terms.
  • Optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page SEO.
  • Support link-building campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct regular site audits and implement technical SEO improvements (meta tags, site speed, mobile optimization, schema, etc.).


Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in setting up and optimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure articles and case studies are optimized for search engines and client conversion.
  • Manage email campaigns, remarketing ads, and social media promotions.
  • Ensure all digital activities comply with state bar and ABA advertising guidelines.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Prepare reports on traffic, rankings, and lead generation performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with intake and marketing teams to ensure leads are being captured and tracked effectively.
  • Communicate findings and updates to marketing leadership.
  • Stay up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and legal marketing trends.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social ad platforms.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Familiarity with technical SEO (HTML, CSS basics) a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
