- Perform keyword research with a focus on local search and legal-specific terms.
- Optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page SEO.
- Support link-building campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Conduct regular site audits and implement technical SEO improvements (meta tags, site speed, mobile optimization, schema, etc.).
- Assist in setting up and optimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure articles and case studies are optimized for search engines and client conversion.
- Manage email campaigns, remarketing ads, and social media promotions.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with state bar and ABA advertising guidelines.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
- Prepare reports on traffic, rankings, and lead generation performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with intake and marketing teams to ensure leads are being captured and tracked effectively.
- Communicate findings and updates to marketing leadership.
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and legal marketing trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social ad platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Familiarity with technical SEO (HTML, CSS basics) a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
