Responsibilities and Duties
- Encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
- Engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
- Demonstrate a Professional management
- Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
- Generate future leads
- Support other operational units to achieve maximum return for the dealership
- Maintain our historically consistent Volume and Gross
Pay Defined: The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $5720.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.

Qualifications and Skills
- Sales management experience mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines
- Prioritize work and coordinate several activities
- Ability to calculate figures and finances
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug test
