JOB TITLE: Director of AV Services – CBC Lexington
Reports To: Vice President, Venue Partnerships
Status: Full-Time: Salary Exempt
Hours: 40-50 hrs. per week average, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Audio Visual professional with experience in the hospitality-based AV profession who will exemplify the best in customer service and have a passion for serving internal and external customers. The Director of AV Services will have a complete understanding of the business drivers as it relates to running a successful venue partnership. Expertise in areas of relationship building, revenue management, business development and operational excellence are essential. Venue event experience is essential with discipline and understanding of audio, video, lighting, rigging and electrical systems.

- 5 years of audio visual or similar industry experience.
- Excellent phone and oral presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
5 years of industry experience
Education / Training:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in:
- Applied Science in Live Sound and Show Production, or a closely related field preferred equivalent experience.
- Business administration/marketing
- General education requirements in the areas of communication, social science, natural science, and humanities provide analytical and communication skills as well as a global perspective of diverse cultures.
