Prestige Alarm & Specialty Products is looking for a skilled, motivated technician to join our growing team in the Birmingham area. We're open to candidates coming directly from the fire alarm industry — but we're just as interested in experienced tradespeople from related fields who are ready to bring their skills and grow with us.

What You'll Do
- Install, inspect, test, and service commercial fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work meets NFPA codes and local AHJ requirements
- Represent Prestige Alarm professionally on job sites and with customers
Who We're Looking For We're seeking candidates with 2 years of hands-on technical experience in fire alarm or a similar field such as electrical, security, smart home/low voltage, HVAC, or IoT. If you're comfortable working with systems, reading wiring diagrams, and solving technical problems in the field, we'll provide the training and certifications to bring you up to speed on fire alarm.
