- Do you currently reside in Tennessee, Ohio or South Carolina?
- Do enjoy collaborating with Facility, Regional and Corporate teams?

- 2 years of experience with HR and Payroll preferred in nursing home environment.
- Multi-site nursing home experience required.
- Workers Compensation & Unemployment Management
- Train and mentor payroll benefits coordinators in assigned facilities
- Assists with policy and procedure creation, modification and review
- FMLA administration
- Participates in QCRs and Regional QAPI
- Audit HR files to ensure compliance
- Handbook Management
- Attend employee meetings/ trainings, open enrollments as needed
- Provide guidance and support for all the facilities in all realms of Human Resources
- Review facility disciplinary and make suggestions
- Assists with recruitment / retention in assigned facilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of human resource practices and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.
- Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
