Summary of Job Function: Keeps premises of Prestera location in clean and orderly condition by performing sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Essential Functions:

1. Daily cleaning of office buildings including: bathrooms, hallways, stairways, trash collection, vacuuming, and dusting.

1. Daily cleaning of sinks, toilets, mirrors, doors, sanitizing phones and group rooms

1. Weekly: Dust and clean counters, bathtubs, window sills, and replenishing bathroom supplies

1. Monthly cleaning of windows outside, dusting light fixtures

1. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

1. 1. Education, Certification/License, and/or Experience

a. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

b. Drivers license and reliable transportation is required.

c. Obtain and maintain CPR/FA and CPI certifications.

2. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
