HDD Locator
Job Summary:
Prestar Communication is hiring an experienced HDD Locator to support directional drilling operations. The candidate must be able to start immediately and have at least 2–3 years of experience with Vermeer, Ditch Witch, or Subsite locating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Locate drill heads accurately and safely
- Communicate with drill operators during all phases of boring
- Read plans and blueprints
- Maintain and inspect locating equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of HDD locating experience
- Valid SSN and driver’s license
- CDL preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
