Exterior Cleaning Assistant (Path to Lead)
Pay: $18–$25/hr to start performance bonuses client tips (tips vary; not guaranteed).

Schedule: Full‑time, early starts, occasional Saturdays.

What this job is (no BS):
Hard, outdoor work in Florida heat. Ladders and heights. Small engines (button/key start). Fast pace. If you show up, out‑work people, and learn quickly, you’ll move up. Everyone starts as an Assistant, no matter your past experience—we train you to do it our way.

What you’ll do (Assistant):

• Support a Lead Tech on roof soft washing, house washing, and paver projects.
• Stage the site, protect landscaping, manage hoses, carry/spot ladders under direction.
• Start/stop button/key‑start small engines, do simple checks, keep the trailer organized.
• Follow safety steps and keep the job moving—steady pace, clean work area, solid teamwork.
• Be respectful with customers and your lead.

You won’t be “thrown to the wolves.” We show you our system, then ramp you up as you earn it.

You’re a fit if you:

• Can handle heat, heights, and lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Have a high motor and keep pace without hand‑holding.
• Have basic mechanical sense (use a drill, turn small engines on/off, follow steps).
• Are reliable (on time, every time) and detail‑focused.

What you’ll like:

• W‑2 payroll (not 1099) — legit operation.
• $18–$25/hr start production bonus for Leads. As you advance and run your crew properly (Lead role), the bonus can put you at $30 /hr (not including tips).
• Client tips are common and typically total ~$200–$400/month (varies; not guaranteed).
• Train next to the owner; clear path to Lead when you consistently meet our standard.
• Fully insured, safety‑first jobsites, organized systems.

How we hire:

• Pre‑hire Ride‑Along (Observation Only, unpaid): you watch and ask questions. No tasks, no tools, no uniform. We’re checking fit—our crews are close‑knit and you’ll spend long days together. If the vibe isn’t right (for you or us), better to learn that now.
• If we both like the fit → paid training next to the owner → move up when you hit the mark.
