Duties
- Supervise daily pressure washing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster excellence
- Coordinate scheduling of cleaning jobs, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory management
- Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work and establish safety protocols for each project
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, client interactions, and safety inspections
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized cleaning solutions
Skills
- Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning or janitorial services
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
- Extensive knowledge of pressure washing techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices
- Experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is highly desirable
