Pressure Pros & Soft Washing, LLC is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our commercial customer base. If you enjoy talking with business owners, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to restaurants and commercial businesses.
- Prospect for new commercial accounts.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and facility decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Represent Pressure Pros professionally at all times.
Compensation
- $13.50 per hour
- $10 bonus for every qualified appointment that our sales team attends.
- $25 bonus for every appointment that results in a signed service agreement under $500.
- $50 bonus for every appointment that results in a signed service agreement of $500 or more.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
