Pressure & Polish is hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Representative in Utah County, Utah! We provide window cleaning and exterior cleaning services and are looking for motivated, dependable people to help grow our customer base.
You’ll meet homeowners, explain our services, provide estimates, and sign up customers for one-time cleanings and recurring service plans. This is an on-site, commission-based sales role with performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
• Knock doors and introduce homeowners to our services.
• Explain pricing and recurring cleaning options.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Collect deposits and accurately record customer information.
• Represent Pressure & Polish professionally.
Commission and bonuses:
• One-time cleanings: Earn 25% commission per sale.
• Recurring plans: Earn the full first cleaning amount.
• 4 sales in a day: $20 bonus.
• 6 sales in a day: $50 bonus.
• Collect a deposit the same day you close: $10 bonus.
• 10 sales in a week: $50 bonus.
• 20 sales in a week: $100 bonus.
Qualifications:
• Comfortable approaching and talking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Able to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors.
• Reliable transportation throughout Utah County.
• Smartphone for communication and tracking sales.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required—training provided.
