Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engagement Specialist located in the East Bay. The Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and identifying customer needs to provide tailored insurance and financial solutions. Daily tasks will include customer service, networking, supporting sales efforts, organizing client onboarding processes, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to team goals through collaboration and strategy development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship management
- Sales, business development, or client service experience, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other technology tools for client interaction and data management
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in a professional setting
