General Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, completing tasks as designated by our Plant Manager. These tasks will include assisting with assembly, grinding, warehouse tasks, and material/equipment handling. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and learn additional skills to advance to other skilled job classifications. Duties

• Assist with assembly operations, ensuring smooth workflow and quality standards are met
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Perform grinding and deburring operations across product lines
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Implement and adhere to ISO Quality Management System
• Support manufacturing processes by handling raw materials and finished products

Qualifications

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and detail
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality; self-motivated
• Familiarity with ISO: 9001 or similar quality management system
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly - bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
