The Parts Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and distributing supplies. They ensure that the right parts are available when needed, track usage, and often interact with technicians, vendors, or customers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive, store, and issue parts or supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or digital).
• Order and restock parts as needed.
• Verify deliveries and check for damaged or incorrect shipments.
• Track part usage and update records.
• Communicate with vendors, technicians, and service staff.

Qualifications:

• 5 years as a Parts Clerk in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
