Responsibilities
Local Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Design and oversee a steady cadence of grassroots marketing activities across all stores, including fitness events, school partnerships, community fairs, and local collaborations.
- Build and manage relationships with community partners, gyms, schools, and local businesses to increase store visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage promotional offers, coupon codes, and sampling programs to support store-level acquisition and loyalty goals.
- Ensure programs align with Pressed’s brand standards and seasonal marketing calendar.
Event Ownership & On-Site Leadership
- Lead planning, logistics, and execution for all major local and regional events, ensuring seamless delivery, brand consistency, and strong ROI.
- Provide on-site leadership at key activations, ensuring exceptional experiences for partners, guests, and team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet event objectives, contractual deliverables, and brand expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships, event budgets, and post-event reporting.
Playbook Design & GM Enablement
- Create practical, easy-to-follow guides and resources that help Retail leadership plan and execute their own local activations.
- Partner with Retail Operations to embed local marketing ownership into store routines and leadership development programs.
- Conduct training sessions and regular communications to share best practices, celebrate success stories, and encourage idea-sharing across markets.
- Visit stores regularly to model execution excellence and strengthen field partnerships.

- Ensure all local programs support broader business objectives, including traffic, sales, and brand affinity.
- Represent the field perspective within marketing and business planning discussions.
Measurement & Optimization
- Define key performance indicators for field marketing programs, including traffic lift, trial conversion, and brand awareness metrics.
