About the Role
Pressed Cafe is looking to add a Bartender to our team! This role is ideal for an experienced server ready to step behind the bar or a seasoned bartender looking for a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
As a Bartender at Pressed Cafe, you’ll craft beer, wine, and cocktail offerings while delivering a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. Because we are a cafe-first concept with a bar component, this role also supports the broader team—jumping in to assist with cafe operations when needed.
$15/hour base wage tips!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails to guests
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and attentive service at the bar and throughout the cafe
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Support cafe operations during slower bar periods
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests dining in or enjoying the patio
What You Bring
- 18 years of age
- Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
- Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
