Job Overview

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of service and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservations system is a plus.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Experience in guest relations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
