Press Ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for a Survey Processor onsite in our South This role will support the Survey Data Collection Department. The Survey Processor is responsible for data collection from patient surveys for client reporting purposes. The individual will be responsible for maintaining an acceptable rate of speed and accuracy when processing surveys to meet performance standards.

The individual will be responsible for maintaining an acceptable rate of speed and accuracy when processing surveys to meet performance standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Data collection from patient surveys for client reporting purposes.
- Extraction of surveys from envelopes via equipment into piles for review
- Scan all surveys received
- Verify all scanned data for accuracy
- Other related duties as they arise
- 10 Key Experience - minimum 7,000 KPM.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- The abilities to read and speak English.
- Must communicate effectively with others and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
- Candidate must have high attention to detail.
- High School or GED not required, however, must be at least 18 years of age.
- This position requires occasional overtime hours as workload requires.
- Must be able to visually look at computer monitor for long periods of time while seated.
- Must be able to physically operate machinery where repetitive shoulder movement is required.
- Must be able to occasionally stand for long periods of time.
