We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to lead our HR functions and bring our culture to life across the organization. This is a high-impact role that blends traditional HR responsibilities with innovative people and culture initiatives — perfect for someone who loves both structure and creativity.

What You’ll Do

Human Resources Management

  • Oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
  • Coach managers on performance, communication, and leadership best practices.
  • Partner with our external HR provider to ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Review and support payroll and labor allocation processes.
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding sessions, post-hire check-ins, and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Talent Development Manager on onboarding and development programs.
  • Support annual compensation surveys and deliver HR trainings as needed.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion Presidium’s mission, values, and culture throughout the organization.
  • Create programs that boost employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging.
  • Plan company-wide events, appreciation programs, and team-building activities.
  • Collect and act on employee feedback to enhance the overall workplace experience.
  • Partner with leadership to align culture with company goals.
  • Manage the annual performance and goal-setting process.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and maintain regular employee check-ins.
  • Oversee the company’s tenure and recognition programs.
  • Bring positivity, creativity, and energy to the workplace every day!

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on HR execution.
  • Creative, people-focused, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus!
