Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of Vacant/ Move In ready apartments, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and chemical agents while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines.
- Handle janitorial supplies and chemical agents safely, ensuring proper storage and disposal in compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by completing daily cleaning checklists and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a hospitality or industrial cleaning environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and floor care equipment is essential.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols ensures a quick response during emergencies.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
