You will deliver a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual needs, enhancing relaxation and well-being. Where You Can Make An Impact
- Provide various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized modalities based on guest preferences and health conditions.
- Assess guest needs and customize treatments to deliver a superior wellness experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and massage equipment.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the session.
- Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
- Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance the guest's wellness journey.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to offer cutting-edge treatments.
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- State licensure in massage therapy required.
- 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
