- Looking for a SKILLED nurse to be on our combined Skilled and LTC unit to provide excellent care to our amazing residents
- Schedule is 3-11 pm Monday-Friday, no weekends, but requires an on call rotation ABOUT once per week

-Provides direct patient care to a variety of patients with varying needs and abilities
-Administers medications as provided
-Handles narcotics with care and responsibility
-Works collaboratively with team members and other staff to provide the highest quality of care
-Provides top quality care
-Completes MAR, TAR, and daily UDA assessments as ordered
-Completes admissions and discharges
-Ensures paperwork is filled out in its entirety for admissions and discharges
-Supports families and educates families and residents to encourage their independence and strength during their skilled stay
-Supports LNAS on floor to encourage top quality care
-Works closely with MD and rounds with MD when needed
-Advocates for patients to ensure their best interest is the focus
-Is knowledgeable in all clinical skill areas and asks for support in any areas of deficit
-Is capable or willing to learn IVs, blood draws, CPR, and all other necessary clinical skills
-Writes strong and objective notes to ensure care is documented appropriately
-Monitors acute patients closely to assess when patients may be deteriorating and provides interventions as necessary
-Presents with a positive, team motivated mindset
-Is a part of the on call location

Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN (Preferred)
