Responsibilities
- Perform professional sales leadership with major bonuses on every landed sale!
- Load and unload junk materials efficiently
- Engage with customers professionally to assess their needs, explain services, and promote additional solutions
- Maintain safety protocol adherence during all operations, including heavy lifting and hazardous materials handling when necessary
- Assist with route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Skills
- Knowledge of solid waste management practices, municipal waste regulations, and hazardous materials regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience in outdoor work environments involving heavy lifting and load & unload tasks
