What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between customers, crews, and our production team. You’ll take ownership of each project from start to finish — ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate field measurements for roofing, siding, and window projects.
- Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously — from materials to installation.
- Coordinate with homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure everything stays on track.
- Track progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Solve problems quickly and keep communication flowing across all teams.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
What You Bring
- A valid driver’s license and comfort with driving between job sites.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- A positive attitude and the ability to lead with confidence.
- Tech-savvy with Google Suites and project management tools.
- Experience in construction, project coordination, or remodeling is a plus — but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you.
