What You'll Do
- Partner with project managers to deliver remodeling projects on time while protecting profitable margins
- Analyze job margins, purchase materials, and schedule and coordinate install crews
- Review and define the scope and goals of residential remodeling projects after the point of sale
- Monitor project progress and deliverables from kickoff through completion
- Serve as the communication hub between project teams, crew members, and customers
- Maintain accurate, well-organized project documentation
Required
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office suite
- A detail-oriented, deadline-driven mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
Salary: $42,000 – $65,000 per year, plus commissions
