Presidential Cleaning, LLC is hiring an experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager / Quality Control Supervisor to oversee our commercial cleaning teams at multiple locations in the Toms River area.
MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH & SPANISH (Bi-Lingual)
This is a HANDS-ON management position. You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing our cleaning teams, performing quality-control inspections, and cleaning one assigned location yourself each night.
Schedule: Monday–Saturday evenings Approximately 4 hours per night Starting at 7:30PM
Pay:$20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Travel between our Toms River locations
- Perform quality-control inspections
- Coach, train, and develop cleaning employees
- Supervise teams and hold employees accountable to company standards
- Identify areas that need improvement and work directly with employees to correct them
- Make sure all assigned work is completed properly each night
- Train new employees
- Handle employee call-outs and help coordinate coverage when necessary
- Monitor cleaning supplies
- Monitor employee hours and payroll
- Communicate directly with ownership
- Be hands-on and willing to step in and clean whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience REQUIRED
- Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Must be comfortable cleaning as well as managing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available Monday–Saturday evenings starting at 7:30 PM
