Preserving Home LLC – Now Hiring PRN Caregivers

Preserving Home LLC is a new and growing home care agency serving Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Warren, and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join our PRN (as-needed) team.

This position is ideal for caregivers seeking flexible work opportunities and who are willing to accept assignments as client needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support clients with mobility and safety needs
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

• HHA, STNA, CNA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance preferred
• Willingness to travel between cities and service areas as client needs require
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional, compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position Requirements

• PRN (as-needed) availability
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Willingness to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to accept assignments throughout Mahoning, Trumbull, and surrounding counties
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
