Food Production Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Team Member to join our food production team. This role supports the preparation and dehydration of fruit products in accordance with company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on production work, has strong attention to detail, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet company quality standards for size, thickness, texture, and appearance.
• Follow strict food-safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures (including proper handling, labeling, and storage).
• Maintain accurate records of production batches, weights, and processing times.
• Inspect fruit for defects or spoilage and remove unsuitable items.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations throughout and after each shift.
• Assist with packaging as needed.
• Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and company operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food production or kitchen work is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food-safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to [30 lbs].
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
