Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to take complete ownership of Biome’s revenue generation, guest experience, team development, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales capabilities, premium hospitality experience, creativity, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue: Take full responsibility for achieving revenue targets, generating bookings, developing corporate and private event business, and driving repeat visits.
• Experience Design: Develop engaging cooking classes, culinary workshops, private events, and guest experiences aligned with Biome’s wellness and nutrition philosophy.
• Operations & Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, front-of-house, reservations, and events for consistently excellent guest experiences.
• Hiring & Training: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including cross-training and backup staffing to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Guest Experience: Maintain exceptional hospitality standards, manage guest feedback, and continuously improve service quality.
• Business Growth: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other Nutrition Nest departments to develop partnerships, increase participation, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7 years of experience in premium hospitality, experiential dining, culinary events, or related businesses.
• Proven track record of sales generation and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong experience in team hiring, training, and leadership.
• Creative ability to design and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and operational management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, commercially driven, and highly guest-focused.
