Unlike traditional clinical roles, this position places you at the heart of our experiential kitchen, collaborating with chefs to design therapeutic meals, leading hands-on education, and consulting with guests to help them achieve their wellness goals.

What You’ll Do
Culinary Medicine Partnership (40%)
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to create pathway-aligned therapeutic meals
- Develop nutrient-dense, flavorful recipes
- Ensure compliance with dietary and therapeutic standards
- Analyze nutritional profiles of menu items
- Co-lead interactive cooking demonstrations
- Teach nutrition science through engaging culinary experiences
- Develop guest-facing recipe cards and educational content
- Inspire guests to apply food-as-medicine principles at home
- Provide personalized nutrition consultations
- Customize meal recommendations for wellness goals and dietary restrictions
- Offer follow-up support and recipe adaptations
- Support wellness workshops and events
- Research new therapeutic ingredients and trends
- Maintain continuing education in nutrition and culinary medicine
Required Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- RD/CNS credential (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- 2 years clinical nutrition experience
- Culinary experience and passion for food preparation
- Strong interest in functional and therapeutic nutrition
- Master’s in Nutrition, Food Science, or Culinary Medicine
- Advanced certifications (Functional Medicine, Integrative Nutrition, Culinary Medicine)
- Experience in culinary medicine, therapeutic cooking, or guest education
- Clinical nutrition and therapeutic diet planning expertise
- Strong cooking and recipe development skills
- Confident teaching and public speaking abilities
- Knowledge of functional ingredients and nutrient preservation techniques
