Position Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Arborist Operations Leader to run daily execution of General Tree Care (GTC) and Plant Healthcare (PHC). Ownership focuses on vision, sales, and standards. This role ensures smooth execution, team support, and operational targets.
Role Structure & Team Leadership
You won’t be doing admin or customer care tasks yourself. Instead, you ensure Scheduling, Customer Care, and Admin are aligned and accountable. You lead execution, remove bottlenecks, and keep the team on target.
Compensation & Growth
$90,000 salary during the first 4 months; $100,000 after successful onboarding. Performance-based growth into $110,000–$125,000 . Clear biannual reviews and growth path.
Core Outcomes You Own
- Schedule & Production Execution
Own daily and weekly scheduling, build efficient routes, and make real-time adjustments. Keep clients on cadence and work on track.
- Team Support & Leadership
Support GTC and PHC crews daily, solve issues early, and align all departments through calm operational leadership.
- Client Issue Resolution
Handle scheduling concerns, resolve client issues professionally, and protect long-term trust.
- Systems & CRM Integration
Be tech-savvy. Fully integrate and utilize the company CRM and assist other departments with CRM glitches or workflow issues.
- Margin & Cost Awareness
Monitor labor efficiency, prevent overspending, and track weekly and monthly operational performance targets. Deal with issues in the moment and course correct.
Who We’re Looking For
A seasoned arborist-operator who is organized, knowledgable, steady under pressure, experienced with crews, scheduling, and great at client communication. You are aligned with ownership, solutions-driven, and committed to our values.

ISA Certified Arborist (required)
TRAQ
QS (Qualified Supervisor)
Clear understanding of pests and disease in Colorado
