3rd Shift Janitor/Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dependable Janitor/Cleaner to help maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment at one of our customer facilities. No prior janitorial or cleaning experience is required — we are willing to train. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and sanitary, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, auditoriums, and common areas to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Use floor care tools and equipment (training provided), including auto scrubbers, to keep floors in excellent condition
• Support periodic deep cleaning projects, including larger areas and detailed cleaning tasks
• Assist with basic custodial needs by reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of cleaning supplies and materials
• Follow all safety procedures and cleaning guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• No experience required — paid training provided
• Reliable transportation is required (must be able to consistently arrive on time and as scheduled)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to stay organized, manage supplies, and complete tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift moderate loads as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions and safety rules
