Part Time Dietician, 16 hours per week, normal business hours, flexible schedule
Nursing Home experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the nutritional needs of patients
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate dietary plans and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition and dietary habits
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of nutrition
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and medical nutrition therapy
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate nutrition care plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and counsel patients on dietary changes
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex nutritional issues and develop creative solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proficient in using nutrition software or electronic medical records systems
