What Youll Do
Operate heavy equipment to clear snow quickly and safely.
Perform routine maintenance on your assigned equipment.
Log service times and material quantities using our CRM system.
Follow production plans to meet deadlines.
Assist with facility upkeep between snow events.
Be ready and on-callwhen winter strikes, we strike back!
What Were Looking For
Experienced Operator Skilled with large equipment (50 hp).
Reliable & Flexible Available nights, weekends, and holidays when snow hits.
Physically Capable Lift 50 lbs. independently, 80 lbs. with assistance.
Safety-First Mindset Follow safety protocols and equipment checks.
Great Communicator Works well with supervisors and crew.
Licensed & Clean Record Valid drivers license required.
Your Schedule
On-call during winter weather events (OctoberApril).
