Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stuart, FL for a Patient Advocate. The Patient Advocate will assist patients and healthcare providers in navigating prescription assistance programs, provide excellent customer service, and manage case files. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with patients and prescribers, ensuring accurate submission of necessary documentation, and supporting patients throughout the enrollment and medication access process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact compassionately and professionally with patients and healthcare providers
• Experience in Case Management and Critical Thinking to handle complex situations and ensure timely resolution of patient needs
• General knowledge or background in Medicine or healthcare processes
• Proficiency in using administrative tools and managing sensitive patient information
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certification preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare-related field is a plus
