About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for someone with no prior dental experience to begin a career in dentistry while working for the #1 rated endodontic practice in Arizona.
Our office specializes in saving patients' teeth through root canal treatments. Because we are highly specialized, our assistants focus on a narrower range of procedures, allowing them to refine their skills and become experts at assisting our doctors. To support your success, we provide detailed, step-by-step systems and invest in the latest technology and equipment.
As a dental assistant in our practice, you’ll be trained to:
- Take x-rays and 3-D scans
- Gather and communicate diagnostic information to the doctor
- Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
- Assist the doctor during root canal procedures
- Document patient care accurately
- Efficiently clean and stock rooms, sterilize instruments, and prepare for treatments
You’ll play an essential role in ensuring every patient receives excellent care.
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting pay: $19–$20 per hour
- Bonus opportunities: Daily performance-based bonuses available
- Benefits: 401k match after 1 year tenure. Costco membership and uniform allowance.
- Paid time off: Earn up to 4 weeks of PTO based on tenure
- Schedule: Four days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. — no weekends!
- Note: Medical and dental insurance are not offered.
