Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Documentation of changes with engineering and purchasing Bill of
- Automation setup, startup, troubleshoot, and debug.
- Assembly of mechanical components, bearings, pneumatic systems, etc.
- Installation of electrical sensors, Programmable Logic Controller,
- Maintain accurate BOM changes for all jobs.
- Maintain accurate time logging for jobs.
- Work closely with engineers to develop new automation systems.
- Analyze and record test results and prepare written testing
- Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test
equipment.
- Prioritizing tasks based on production and service needs.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned to aid Prescott Metal/EAM to

- Assist with Service and Spare parts sales.
- Assist with technical phone support.
- Machine setup and run up for customer approval process.
- Automation debugging at customer facility.
- Working closely with engineers to develop new automation systems.
- Customer training.
