- Maintain the day-to-day oversight, implementation, and sustainment, conduct assessments, and maintain continuous quality control of the Army’s Due Diligence capability.
- Create implementation roadmaps for successful automation pilot programs.
- Maintain key SharePoint-based sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows in direct support of the Due Diligence and requirements.
- Establish and maintain oversight of end-user access and permissions for Classified Operations support unique SharePoint.
- Assist with the Government’s efforts in developing new Due Diligence mission capabilities and establishing policy documentation IAW Department of Defense Directives and Army Regulations.
- Shall manage the scheduling and dissemination Signature Reduction and Due Diligence policy changes in a timely manner to all appropriate personnel.
Desired experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a credentialed Counterintelligence Special Agent
- Understanding of CI or HUMINT collection operations
- Strong understanding of CI Flags
- Understanding of FIE TTPs
- Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, presenting and
- advocating for analytic methodologies.
- College education cannot be used in lieu of experience
- Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses:
- Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
- Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
- Army - 35M Course (or its predecessor)
- Army - 351M Course (or its predecessor)
- Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force
- Special
- Investigations Academy, or predecessor
- Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal
- Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor
- Must be a graduate of one of the following:
- JCITA – Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course
- (AFCIOC) or predecessor
- JCITA - Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC)
- JCITA - Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (MCC), or predecessor/equivalent.
- HT-JCOE - Source Operations Course (SOC), or predecessor/equivalent.
- HT-JCOE – Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), or predecessor/equivalent.
- JCITA – DDC
- JCITA – APC (PAC)
- JCITA – ATC (FOSS)
- Other – FTC, OTC, MOTC, or equivalent
- Must be willing to attend JCITA Courses – ISAC and SSIC
- Desired: PMP or equivalent
- Security clearance required TS/SCI with the willingness to obtain a CI Poly if needed.
