Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Program Manager Level 5 to support a federal government client.

Description:

• Performing a multitude of roles including but not limited to: recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures; achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change; meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Required experiences:

• 12 years experience implementing processes and establishing measures of success in meeting organizational objectives.

Required education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI or TS and the ability to obtain SCI.

Location:

• Washington, DC.
