Job Description: We are seeking a Mid-Level Knowledge Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is critical to ensuring the effective collection, organization, and dissemination of intelligence information across our organization. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring they are current, accurate, and accessible.

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and organize knowledge assets.
• Create and curate content for knowledge sharing platforms.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and communities of practice.
• Analyze knowledge needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field.
